These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 786p ("786p", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the 786p platform, website located at https://786p.cam, and all associated services including sports betting, live casino, slots, live dealer games and any related promotional content.

By registering an account, accessing the website, or placing any wager on the 786p platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 786p website, mobile interface, applications and all related services accessible at https://786p.cam.
• "Account" means the unique registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any monetary stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game or other eligible market through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering or withdrawal, excluding Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required of all Players.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary restriction a Player may apply to their own account to prevent gambling activity for a defined or indefinite period.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which 786p displays balances for Pakistani users.

To register and maintain an account on 786p, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not reside in, or be accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, affiliate, director, officer or agent of 786p or any associated entity, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended or banned from the Platform or any affiliated service.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during registration and at all subsequent points during KYC verification.

Participation by minors is strictly prohibited. If 786p discovers or has reasonable grounds to suspect that an Account is held or used by a person under the minimum eligible age, we will immediately suspend the Account, void all wagers placed, and return deposited funds (net of any winnings) following satisfactory verification, in accordance with the operator's minor protection policy.

Each eligible user may register one account only on the 786p platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, household or device is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 786p immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
• Keeping your registered contact information — including email address and phone number — accurate and up to date.

786p will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials. You must use a strong, unique password and are strongly encouraged to enable two-factor authentication where available.

By using the Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, in a manner consistent with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not:

• Use the Platform for any fraudulent, unlawful or improper purpose.
• Exploit software errors, vulnerabilities or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use artificial intelligence, bots, scripts or automated tools to interact with the Platform in any unauthorised manner.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, overloads or impairs the Platform's infrastructure.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, modify or create derivative works of any part of the Platform.
• Transfer, sell or otherwise assign your Account or any associated funds or benefits to any third party.

786p operates an English-language platform designed for Pakistani users. All interface content, terms, promotional material and support communications are presented in English. The Platform displays account balances and transaction amounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for user convenience.

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in accordance with the operator's current payment policy. Minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds apply and may vary by payment method. Current thresholds are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform.

Deposits must originate from a payment account or method held in your own name. 786p does not accept third-party deposits. Using a payment method that does not belong to you constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Withdrawals are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method and are disclosed in the cashier section. 786p reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request.

786p may offer bonuses, welcome offers, reload promotions and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions and expiry dates.

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts or exploiting promotional terms — will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and potential account closure.
• Promotional PKR figures (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative maximums and actual bonus amounts depend on the deposit made and the promotion in effect at the time.
• 786p reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

All wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant sport, event or casino game. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with applicable game rules and betting conditions before placing a wager.

General betting rules include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. 786p does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed, except in the case of an operator error or documented system fault.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, 786p's determination shall be final and binding, subject to the formal dispute resolution process.
• Cricket markets — including PSL, T20 Internationals and ICC tournaments — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules detailed in the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• Casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs). Game-specific RTP (Return to Player) percentages are available in the game information panel.
• Live dealer games are subject to real-time dealing and their outcomes are determined by physical cards or roulette wheels operated by licensed studio providers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 786p Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Match Fixing or Event Manipulation: Any attempt to bet on events that you know to be, or have reason to believe are, subject to manipulation.
• Arbitrage Abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, odds discrepancies or bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour.
• Collusion: Coordinating betting activity with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or live dealer environments.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Identity Fraud: Providing false identification documents, assuming another person's identity or assisting a third party in circumventing age or identity verification.
• Underage Access: Knowingly assisting a person below the minimum eligible age to access or use the Platform.

All content on the 786p Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software code, game content, promotional material and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of 786p or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or publish any Platform content without prior written consent.
• Use the 786p name, logo or brand assets in any commercial context.
• Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform.
• Frame or embed the Platform within any third-party website or application.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 786p, its operators, directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to access, the Platform.
• Any inaccuracy or incompleteness of information provided on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Technical failures, server downtime, network interruptions or delays beyond our reasonable control.
• Any gambling losses incurred while using the Platform.

786p reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or identity misrepresentation.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Discovery that the Account holder is below the minimum eligible age.
• Any other conduct that 786p, in its reasonable judgement, determines to be harmful to the Platform or other users.

Players may close their own Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player following satisfactory verification, net of any outstanding obligations. Bonus Funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's operating license is held. The specific jurisdiction is disclosed by the operator in the licensing information provided on the Platform.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact 786p support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be subject to the formal dispute resolution process outlined in the operator's licensing framework.

This Agreement does not exclude any rights that you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

786p reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users by means of a platform notification or email to their registered address.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at https://786p.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
